Work Done

First, because it was a big job that happened first, is a "small" house siding job. It was my first time working with this fiber cement Hardie Board material. My main take away was, a) pre-drill, b) cuts like tile/ cement based stuff so have proper blade, and c) the stuff is a bit heavy; have help.

And of course, surprise! The old vinyl siding was put on without proper wrap.
Rot everywhere...

Rotted wood replaced and wrap on... progress.

Siding up... now the finishing touch:

Done! (And the pesty stumps and roots gone too.)

Now a small sheetrock ceiling job...

This was a hole in the floor infront of a kitchen sink. Now it is solid, leveled with floor leveler, and covered with engineered hardwood flooring.

Here is another small sheetrock job. It was a pass-through box, no longer needed here. The box was installed at another location, but I didn't get pictures of that job.

A bigger dry wall / sheet rock job here. Fixing a mess left by electricians. Best part was finding a gallon of high-end paint, the perfect color, for under $10- love Home Depot's Oops paint!

Then there is all the lawn maintenance...
Acres to maintain.

The zero-turn Toro mower is great, and I get to use it every so often,
but it is the weed eater - weed whacker that I lug around regularly.
Joy.

Yes, I also do video production... and web page design/coding, plus other stuff.
